Cancertalk teaching packs

We offer free PSHE/PSE/PSD & Citizenship teaching packs, with cross-curricular links to other subjects for use with pupils aged 7-16.

The new edition of the free Cancertalk teaching pack is now available, so whether you are ordering the pack for the first time or upgrading your existing pack, it’s now be even easier to talk confidently about cancer with your pupils.

The new pack includes:

  • an updated information booklet containing guidance on using the Cancertalk pack in your school, facts about cancer for teachers, fundraising information and ideas and lists of useful contacts and publications
  • photocopiable activity sheets for Key Stages 2-4 / P3-S4 with corresponding teacher’s notes
  • a DVD with teacher’s and pupils’ modules for both primary and secondary schools (includes English and Welsh subtitle tracks)
  • a new classroom poster to encourage children and young people to visit our Why Bother? website to find out more about cancer and the work of Macmillan.
